Rob Field Joins A&L Biologicals as Business Development Manager

Mr. Field will lead A&L Biological Inc.’s transformation from a “boutique” research house to a full commercial enterprise

LONDON, ONTARIO –– December 8, 2020 –– A&L Biological Inc. (“A&L Biologicals”), a subsidiary of A&L Canada Laboratories Inc., is pleased to announce Mr. Rob Field has joined the company as Business Development Manager effective December 14, 2020. Rob will provide leadership to the company in its transformation from a “boutique” research house to a fully commercial company. Formed in 2008, A&L Biological Inc. has invested over a decade researching the soil microbiome and identifying microbial and viral-based isolates for both bio-stimulant and bio-control properties. The portfolio of research has matured allowing for the registration and commercialization of new bio-based products for agricultural use within the next 12 – 24 months. Mr. Field will lead this new phase of the company’s development.

Mr. Field brings over 30 years of experience as a leader and entrepreneur in the agricultural industry. Rob has successfully started and grown new businesses in various agricultural sectors and with companies such as Nu-Gro Corporation, Plant Science Inc., Brett Young Seeds Ltd. and NutriAg Ltd. His proven experience in product development, sales and marketing make him an ideal candidate for this new role. Rob is also a graduate of the University of Guelph.
