YARA Announces Partnership with A&L Biological and its Leading Biofertilizer Technology

LONDON, ONTARIO –– November 18, 2024 –– A&L Biological Inc. a subsidiary of A&L Canada Laboratories East of London, Ontario, and Yara Canada Inc. have announced a new partnership to bring A&L Biological’s leading biofertilizer technology – AL-Bio7 – to the Canadian agriculture market. Read on for the announcement from Yara.

Valued Partner,

As a leading provider of crop nutrition, Yara is committed to delivering solutions that enable sustainable food production and support grower prosperity. We recently announced the launch of our new biostimulant portfolio, YaraAmplix, following more than five years of global research and development and regional trialing across Canada.

While the YaraAmplix portfolio includes a variety of solutions that are developed and formulated by Yara, in Canada we have also partnered with A&L Biological Inc. and will be introducing AL-Bio 7 to the market for spring 2025. Backed by impressive results and featuring the high-quality ingredients and formulation that Yara guarantees, AL-Bio 7 will complement our biostimulant portfolio and has been trialed on various broad acre and specialty crops in Canada, proving to increase yield and quality through stress reduction. AL-Bio 7 has been developed with horticulture crops in mind, carefully designed to be applied right where it will make the most impact. Yara and A&L Biological have additional microbial products in the development pipeline that will bring benefits to broadacre crops such as corn, wheat, canola, potatoes and barley.

We hope to soon have the opportunity to share more about Yara’s new biostimulant solutions, including AL-Bio 7 and the benefits it can deliver to your customers. Please reach out to your Yara representative to learn more.

Sincerely,

Bill Dunbar

VP of Sales and Marketing, Eastern Canada
